随着经济体制改革的深入发展,竞争机制逐步引入到企业的承包经营中,以竞争的方式选拔承包经营的做法已在企业中普遍实行,一九八八年以来,我局先后在两个处级单位二十五个科、区级者单位进行了竞争选拔经营者的偿试。总的看方向是对的效果是好的。为了进一步完善我局的承包经营工作,促进改革的深入发展,本文试就竞争选拔承包经营者的问题发表一点肤浅的看法。
With the in-depth development of the economic system reform, the competition mechanism has gradually been introduced into the contracted management of enterprises. The practice of selecting and contracting for businesses by means of competition has been widely practiced in enterprises. Since 1988, the Bureau has successively held two offices. Units of 25 units and district-level units conducted trials for competitive selection operators. The overall direction of the look is right. In order to further improve the Bureau’s contracted management work and promote the in-depth development of the reform, this paper tries to express a little superficial view on the issue of competitive selection of contractors.
