为推进北京市基础教育课程改革,探索内涵式发展模式,不断提高教师专业化水平以及教育教学质量,在认真总结初中教师基本功培训与展示活动经验的同时,北京市教委决定“将教师培训和展示活动制度化,进一步完善工作机制。并在此基础上,做好小学教师基本功培训和展示活动的宣传”。
In order to promote the reform of basic education curriculum in Beijing, explore the connotative development mode, continuously improve the professionalization of teachers and the quality of education and teaching, while carefully summarizing the experiences of junior high school teachers’ basic skills training and exhibition activities, Beijing Municipal Education Commission decided that " Institutionalization of display activities to further improve the working mechanism and on this basis, do a good job of primary school teachers training and display of promotional activities.
