人的现代化是现代化的重要目标与关键所在,道德问题是影响人的现代化的关键因素。在现代化过程中,新道德体系构建过程与人的现代化内涵指向具有一致性。通过道德文化的转变,建构以现代社会价值观为核心内容的新道德文化体系;通过伦理关系的转型,建构以实现现代人的生活型态变革为基本特征的新道德规范体系;通过道德素养的转化,建构以现代人的文明素质为主要内容的新道德养成和行为体系。培育现代人格是人的现代化的最主要目标模式,加强对现代道德体系有效治理是培育现代人格的内在要求。
The modernization of human beings is an important goal and the key to them. Ethical issues are the key factors affecting the modernization of human beings. In the process of modernization, the construction process of new moral system is consistent with the connotation of human’s modernization. Through the transformation of moral culture, a new moral and cultural system with modern social values as its core content is constructed. Through the transformation of ethical relations, a new moral normative system based on the transformation of modern life style is constructed. Through the transformation of moral accomplishments, , And construct a new system of moral cultivation and behavior with the modern civilization as the main content. Cultivating the modern personality is the most important objective mode of human modernization. Strengthening the effective management of the modern moral system is the inherent requirement of cultivating the modern personality.
