目前,全国邮政的信息化工作已深入到生产、经营和决策管理等各个方面。随着信息化的深入,由其带来的风险也逐渐加大。邮政企业要继续扩大信息技术的应用,减少信息化带来的风险,必须尽早引入IT服务管理理念,对信息化进行规划、研发、实施和运营,有效地控制风险。要保持和提升邮政信息化的作用,减少由于信息化带来的风险,系统的安全运行至关重要。因此,实施IT运维服务管理是IT服务管理中的关键。
At present, the postal informationization work in the country has gone deep into all aspects of production, operation and decision-making management. With the deepening of information technology, the risk brought by it has gradually increased. Post enterprises should continue to expand the application of information technology and reduce the risks brought by informationization. IT service management concepts must be introduced as early as possible to plan, develop, implement and operate the informationization and effectively control the risks. To maintain and enhance the role of postal information to reduce the risk due to information technology, the safe operation of the system is essential. Therefore, the implementation of IT operation and maintenance service management is the key to IT service management.
