目的:探究互花米草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以提取物中总黄酮含量为指标,从溶剂浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数5个方面,对互花米草总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,并用响应曲面法对其进行优化。结果:黄酮最佳提取条件是温度为77℃,料液比为16∶1,提取次数2次,乙醇浓度为85%,理论得到最大提取率为4.02 mg/g,实际提取率为3.9 mg/g。结论:响应曲面法对互花米草总黄酮提取条件的优化是可行的,总黄酮提取率达3.9 mg/g。
Objective: To explore the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from Spartina alterniflora. Methods: The extraction of total flavonoids from Spartina alterniflora was studied in terms of solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times, and the response surface methodology It is optimized. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids were as follows: the temperature was 77 ℃, the ratio of material to liquid was 16:1, the number of extraction was twice, the concentration of ethanol was 85%, the maximum extraction rate was 4.02 mg / g and the actual extraction rate was 3.9 mg / g.
