近几年来随着农村经济形势的发展,广大农民生活水平有了较大的提高,要求改善居住条件,为了节约土地盖楼房的越来越多了。湖北省从1980年以来开展了新型农村住宅的科学试验工作,建成了小柱框架农房约200栋。它在设计上吸取了传统农村房屋的优点,改进了平面和空间的布局,以适应农民生活和生产上的需要,节约木材和用地,受到农民的欢迎。图1所示为一栋两户建筑平面,保持了当地以堂屋为中心的特点,平面布置紧凑简洁,层数两
In recent years, with the development of the rural economic situation, the living standards of the majority of farmers have been greatly improved, and the living conditions have been required to improve. In order to save land, more and more buildings have been built. Hubei Province has carried out scientific experiments on new rural houses since 1980 and has built about 200 small-frame rural houses. It is designed to draw on the advantages of traditional rural housing, improve the layout of the plane and space, to adapt to the needs of the peasants’ lives and production, save wood and land, and is welcomed by farmers. Figure 1 shows a two-story building plan, which maintains the characteristics of the local dwelling house. The layout is compact and concise. The number of floors is two.
