对车用聚合物改性沥青发泡减震材料进行了试验研究,主要采用SBS、IPP等改性剂对沥青改性,使沥青的性能得到了较大的改善,在SBS改性沥青中加入IPP协同改性,可使改性效果更好。二者混用,可提高其软化点、延伸度、黏结力和机械强度,并提高其耐老化性能,具有较好的综合效应。研究表明采用熔融法加入发泡剂效果优良,试验确定了发泡剂的最佳用量以及最适宜的发泡温度。
The automobile polymer modified asphalt foam damping material was studied, the main use of SBS, IPP and other modifiers on the asphalt modification, the performance of the asphalt has been greatly improved in SBS modified asphalt added IPP synergistic modification can make modification better. The two mixed, can improve its softening point, elongation, adhesion and mechanical strength, and improve its anti-aging properties, has a good overall effect. The study shows that the use of melt method to join the blowing agent is excellent, the experiment determined the best dosage of the blowing agent and the most suitable foaming temperature.
