目的探讨即时通讯工具(微信)在孕产妇营养指导应用效果的调查研究。方法回顾性分析2015年3月-2016年3月在惠州市第一妇幼保健院确诊治疗的孕产妇512例的临床资料,依据是否以微信方式干预分为干预组和对照组,每组256例,对照组用常规方法给予常规营养指导干预,干预组通过微信方式进行营养指导干预。观察婴儿出生窒息的发生情况,统计分析所有孕产妇护理依从性和母婴结局。结果干预组孕产妇妊娠期糖尿病、剖宫产、妊娠期贫血、产后出血、早产、低体重儿、巨大胎儿发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组孕产妇护理依从率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即时通讯工具(微信)可有效提升孕产妇营养指导的护理依从性作用,有利于改善孕产妇的临床母婴结局,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the application of instant messaging (WeChat) in maternal nutritional guidance. Methods The clinical data of 512 pregnant women diagnosed and treated in the First Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huizhou City from March 2015 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether intervention by micro channel was divided into intervention group and control group, 256 cases in each group , The control group was given routine nutrition guidance intervention by conventional method, and the intervention group conducted nutrition guidance intervention by way of WeChat. Observed the occurrence of infant asphyxia, statistical analysis of all maternal compliance and maternal and child care outcomes. Results The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus, cesarean section, gestational anemia, postpartum hemorrhage, preterm birth, low birth weight infants and huge fetuses in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05) Obstetrics and gynecology compliance was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Instant messaging (WeChat) can effectively improve the nursing compliance of maternal nutritional guidance and improve the clinical maternal and infant outcomes of pregnant women and should be further promoted clinically.
