浆细胞白血病(PCL)由Foa于1904年首次报道,是恶性浆细胞病中罕见形式,迄今国外文献不足200例,国内仅为个案报告,我们遇到1例报告如下。患者,男,65岁。因发热、头晕、乏力4个月,鼻衄、皮肤紫癜10余日而住院。查体:体温38.5℃,重度贫血貌。全身皮肤散在出血点及紫癜,浅表淋巴结无肿大。桶状胸,两肺呼吸音低,无罗音,心率86次/分。无杂音,肝肋下3cm,脾肋下5cm。实验室检查:Hb61g/L,
Plasma cell leukemia (PCL), first reported by Foa in 1904, is a rare form of malignant plasma cell disease. So far, there are less than 200 foreign literatures and only a case report in China. One case we encountered was reported as follows. Patient, male, 65 years old. Due to fever, dizziness, fatigue 4 months, epistaxis, skin purpura more than 10 days and hospitalized. Physical examination: body temperature 38.5 ℃, severe anemia appearance. Whole body skin scattered bleeding and purpura, superficial lymph nodes without swelling.
