用改装的离子氮化炉对水轮机组的导向叶片和密封圈表面进行了等离子体的软氮化处理。结果表明 ,处理后表面渗层硬度均匀 ,无变形发生 ,硬度值由母材的 HV430提高至 HV11 0 0 ;对其渗扩过程进行了分析讨论。
Plasma nitriding was performed on the surface of guide vane and seal ring of the turbine with a modified ion nitriding furnace. The results show that the hardness of the surface layer is uniform and no deformation occurs after treatment, and the hardness value increases from HV430 to HV1100 of the base metal. The infiltration process is analyzed and discussed.
