目的研究在外科护理中为患者提供优质护理服务的效果。方法被选作观察对象的是40例外科患者,分为两组,其中研究组的20例患者在常规护理基础上享受到优质护理服务,对照组的20例患者仅接受了常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组,护理工作质量平均考核成绩高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从诸多方面完善护理工作模式,让患者享受到优质护理服务,有助于提升外科护理质量,使患者对接受到的护理服务更加满意,值得予以推广和应用。
Objective To study the effect of providing quality care to patients in surgical care. METHODS: Forty surgical patients were enrolled as study subjects and divided into two groups. Twenty patients in the study group received quality nursing care based on routine nursing care. Twenty patients in the control group received only routine care, Group of nursing effects. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the average examination quality of nursing work was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The nursing work mode is improved in many aspects so that patients can enjoy good quality nursing services and improve the quality of surgical nursing. Patients are more satisfied with the nursing services they deserve and should be promoted and applied.
