本文报告一剑麻厂职业性哮喘情况,在242名接触剑麻尘工人中发现31例哮喘病人(1组),并与其余211名剑麻工人(2组)和22名非接尘者(3组)作比较分析。哮喘检出率为12.8%。31例患者中轻度哮喘25例,中度6例。剑麻—特异性 IgE 阳性率:1组为85.2%(23例/27例),2组为80%(20例/25例),3组6.7%(1例/15例)。抗原皮肤试验与特异性 IgE 结果符合率最高为86.6%。50%患者肺功能有损害。流行病学、免疫学和“停止——恢复”工作试验证实剑麻尘是本组哮喘的病因。
This article reports on the prevalence of occupational asthma in sisal factories, where 31 asthmatics (group 1) were found among 242 workers exposed to sisal dust and was associated with the remaining 211 sisal workers (group 2) and 22 non- 3 groups) for comparative analysis. The detection rate of asthma was 12.8%. Twenty-one patients had mild asthma in 25 and moderate in 6. The positive rates of sisal-specific IgE were 85.2% (23/27) for group 1, 80% (20/25) for group 2 and 6.7% (1/15) for group 3. The highest coincidence rate of antigen skin test and specific IgE result was 86.6%. 50% of patients have impaired pulmonary function. Epidemiology, immunology and “stop-resume” work test confirmed that sisamycin is the cause of asthma in this group.
