The key technologies and produce process of E/F Grade hull plate with TMCP in Shougang Group are introduced in the present paper.Through low-carbon,micro-alloying element design,improving steel purity and reasonable two-stage controlled rolling and cooling,the product quality of F36 hull plate fully conforms to the requirement of GB712 -2000 standard and meets the certification demands of nine country classification societies.
