欣闻全国地名标志设置暨经验交流会闭幕。这次会议是新世纪第一次全国性的地名会议,是全国地名工作的一大盛事,是全国地名工作的里程碑,它标志着全国地名管理工作将步入全新的科学的法制的轨道。 民政部区划地名司司长戴均良在大会发言中,再次强调全国地名工作一定要以多吉才让部长的有关地名工作的讲话精神为指针,“全面推进设标工作,加强服务功能”。大会明确了今后两年全国要全面实现国标化的奋斗目标。会上,辽宁省的经验备受大家关注,人们纷纷为他们鼓掌喝彩,为学到真经——设标中的“四统一”和“市场运作模式”而兴奋。
We are pleased to announce the conclusion of the National Place Name Marking and Experience Exchange Conference. This meeting is the first national landmark conference in the new century. It is a major event in the work of geographical names all over the country and a milestone in the work of geographical names all over the country. It marks that the management of geographical names in the whole country will step onto the track of a new scientific legal system. Dai Junliang, director of division names and geographical division of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, emphasized once again in his speech at the conference that the work of geographical names must take the spirit of Duoshi’s speech on the work of geographical names as a guideline and “comprehensively promote the standardization work and strengthen the service functions.” The General Assembly made it clear that the entire country should achieve its goal of national standardization in the next two years. At the meeting, the experience of Liaoning Province has drawn much attention. People applauded them all and were excited about learning the “four unities” and “market operating modes” in the Scriptures.
