本文报道鹧鹋菜假根切段离体培养的情况。假根切段在离体培养中迅速再生并形成叶片,老成假限、较低比重海水、较高培养温度和较强光照强度有利于切段再生和形成叶状体。鹧鸪菜的假根细胞也具有全能性,组织培养和遗传育种研究上,可以把假根组织作为继代培养的材料。
