水保〔2009〕344号各流域机构,各省、自治区、直辖市水利(水务)厅(局),各计划单列市水利(水务)局,新疆生产建设兵团水利局:根据水利部《关于开展水土保持生态建设示范区建设的通知》(水保〔2004〕23号)和《关于开展水土保持生态建设示范区验收工作的通知》(办水保〔2007〕161号),经县级水利部门初验、省级水利部门复验和流域机构验收,决定命名北京市门头沟清水河上游水土保持生态建设示范区等34个示范区为“全国水土保持生态建设示范区”(名单见附件)。
