一九八二年七月十五日至二十一日,农牧渔业部全国植保总站在湖南长沙召开了南方十三省(市、区)水稻病虫综合防治座谈会。会上参观了湘阴县的综防成果。着重分析了七十年代以来水稻病虫发生消长变化情况,交流了综合防治水稻病虫害的经验,讨论了科学使用农药和建立健全植保责任制,以及如何抓好今年的晚稻病虫防治工作,夺取水稻大丰收问题。
From July 15 to August 21, 1982, the National Plant Protection Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery held a symposium on integrated management of pests and diseases of rice in thirteen provinces (cities and districts) in Changsha, Hunan. At the meeting visited Xiangyin County’s comprehensive prevention results. The paper analyzes emphatically the changes of the growth and decline of rice pests and diseases since the seventies, exchanges the experience of comprehensive prevention and control of pests and diseases of pests, discusses the scientific use of pesticides and the establishment of a sound responsibility system for plant protection, and how to grasp the prevention and control of pests and diseases of late rice this year, Bumper harvest problem.
