新服役的斜拉索表面由一层较为光滑的聚乙烯材料包裹,但随着服役时间的增长,受风化和灰尘粘附等原因的影响,使斜拉索表面粗糙度变大。斜拉索粗糙度的改变对其气动稳定性的影响如何,是该文重点研究的问题。该文通过包裹不同工业砂纸的方式来改变斜拉索表面的粗糙度,利用SJ-410表面粗糙度测量仪测试了这些模型的粗糙度,通过自由振动风洞试验,研究了表面粗糙度对高雷诺数下斜拉索振动的影响,结果表明:表面粗糙度的增大对斜拉索的振动具有抑制作用;随着斜拉索模型表面粗糙度的增加,雷诺数效应减弱,临界雷诺数减小。
