所谓政府职能定位,指的就是政府职能部门根据不同的市场经济背景,通过进行定位设计研究,可以准确地对政府职能部门在新时期市场经济背景下的所有活动进行精确的控制。与此同时,新时期市场经济背景下政府职能定位要求政府职能部门可以高效进行对市场经济的管理。但是,截至目前为止,由于政府职能部门管理人员长久以来忽视对新时期市场经济背景下政府职能定位的研究,导致很多政府职能部门并没有完善的建立起相应的职能管理体系,这就导致政府职能部门的工作效率难以得到有效的保证,这就需要在后续的政府职能定位研究过程中予以重点关注,帮助政府职能部门发挥出对市场经济的促进作用。
