随着时代的发展,平面设计的表达方式变得多种多样,互联网络的出现打破了以往传统纸媒介的传播方式,开创了新的数字媒体时代。数字时代在发展,纸媒介也同样在发展。早在18世纪中期,就有想法独特的设计师将特殊材质运用到设计当中,当然在家具设计中特殊材质的运用是必要的,特殊材质能够将产品提上档次,赋予情感。在平面设计中也是一样的,适量的运用特殊材质,能够将枯燥的平凡的设计拉伸到一个新的高度,从而提高平面设计的整体价值。特殊材料的运用则开展了平面设计的新篇章。
