3年试验结果表明,在福州地区矮败小麦后代表现矮秆株不育。高秆株可育。矮秆性和不育性连锁遗传。从小麦拔节到抽穗期间,均可根据植株高度间接判别不育性,提高选择效率。矮败小麦株高表现连续分布,不育株内和可育株内均有一定差异,且不育株的高限和可育株的低限表现交叉,存在中间类型。在以株高为标记性状判别育性时,应选择明显高株和明显矮株。尤其在拔节期。更需选择极端类型才能准确,而对中间类型植株。仍需通过检查花药确定其育性。
