我院在1987年12月至1992年1月成功地复苏4例心跳呼吸停止的病人。为总结经验,现将抢救体会报告如下。临床资料例1男,20岁。因尿道下裂于1988年1月8日行尿道成形术,术后20天下床时突然昏迷、抽搐、心跳呼吸停止。立即行标准心肺复苏术(CPR),肾上腺素静脉注射,35分钟后出现微弱心跳,40分钟后自主呼吸恢复,心搏渐有力。继用5%碳酸氢钠250ml、氟美松20mg 静脉注射,头部放冰袋。心跳复跳25分钟及175
