目的探讨人工流产术后口服避孕药的效果;方法将2011年5月至2012年3月在我院行人工流产手术的妇女360例随机分为观察组180例(口服避孕药)和对照组180例(未口服避孕药),对两组的效果进行对比;结果两组术后的阴道流血时间、阴道流血量、月经恢复时间、并发症发生率相比差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);结论人工流产术后口服避孕药可以降低并发症的发生,有效的改善妇女的健康状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral contraceptives after induced abortion. Methods 360 women with abortion in our hospital from May 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into observation group (180 cases) and control group 180 (Without oral contraceptives) were compared between the two groups. Results The vaginal bleeding time, vaginal bleeding volume, menstruation recovery time and complication rate were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05) ; Conclusion Oral contraceptives after induced abortion can reduce the incidence of complications and effectively improve women’s health status.
