利用切柱头授粉和胚抢救技术获得亚洲百合‘Petit Brigitte’×青岛百合的14个杂交后代,以45SrDNA为探针对亲本和其中4个后代进行了荧光原位杂交(FISH)分析,结果表明,亲本和后代都为二倍体(2n=2x=24);‘Petit Brigitte’有10个45S rDNA位点,分别位于1、2、4、5和7号染色体上;青岛百合有8个45S rDNA位点,分别位于3、4、5和10号染色体上;4个杂种后代有9个45SrDNA位点,分别源于‘Petit Brigitte’和青岛百合。
Fourteen hybrids of ’Petit Brigitte’ × Qingdao lily of Lilium asiaticum were obtained by using stigma pollination and embryo rescue techniques. FISH analysis of the parents and four of them using 45S rDNA probe was carried out. Both parents and offspring are diploid (2n = 2x = 24); ’Petit Brigitte’ has 10 45S rDNA loci on chromosomes 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7, respectively; Located on chromosomes 3, 4, 5 and 10 respectively. There were 9 45S rDNA sites in 4 hybrid offspring, which originated from ’Petit Brigitte’ and Qingdao lily respectively.
