教师取得良好教学效果的关键不在于撰写工整的教案,而在于备好课。简单化地检查教师教案已经成为教师提高教学水平的束缚,它是对教师教学个性和风格的忽视。学校管理者可以通过随堂听课、鼓励教师自我课堂摄像、向教师提供网络教学资源、鼓励教师小组讨论、帮助教师与专家合作等方式来考察教师的备课和教学质量,而不必过于关注教案检查。
The key for teachers to achieve good teaching results is not to write neat lesson plans but to prepare lessons. A simple examination of teachers’ lesson plans has become a constraint on the teachers’ ability to improve their teaching level. It neglects the individuality and style of teachers’ teaching. School administrators can observe teachers’ lesson planning and teaching quality through classroom listening, encouraging teachers to take pictures of themselves in the classroom, providing online teaching resources to teachers, encouraging teacher group discussions, helping teachers and experts to cooperate, and not paying too much attention to lesson plans.
