金匮肾气丸是东汉张仲景《金匮要略》书中的著名方剂。本方性温味酸辛,具有甘温、酸温、辛温的特点。具有温补下元、壮肾通阳、化气行水、消肿止渴、引火归元、纳气固本之功用。临床对于肾阳虚损所致的多种病症,多有神效。笔者临床应用此方之验案,举例如下。1病案举例一:腰痛患者,女30岁,2003年8月20日初诊。患者于10月前因剖宫产,术后出现腰痛遇劳则甚,遇冷则剧。重则腰以下酸
