社区教育在我国再度兴起虽已近20年,并逐步为许多民众所认识,但仍远未达到为社会各界所热切企盼、踊跃参与的程度。究其原因,除体制未理顺、宣传不够……等外,社区教育本身紧贴社会与民众需求不够,功能发挥不充分,效益不十分明显,也是重要原因之一。笔者拟就社区教育紧贴需求的问题谈点浅见,就教于同行、专家。一、时代发展对社区教育提出了迫切需求经过20年的改革开放,我国的经济建设和社会发展有了长足的进步,人民的物质文化生活水平得到大幅度提高。千方百计满足人民群众日益增长的多种教
