花生四烯及其代谢产物可在细胞外作为第一信使产生细胞效应,亦作为新兴的第二信使在细胞内信息传递中有重要意义。在体内外参与多个病理生理过程,并且在寄生虫侵染宿主的过程中也发挥重要的作用。
Peanut tetraene and its metabolites can produce extracellular cellular effects as the first messenger and are also important as intracellular signaling in the emerging second messenger. Participates in multiple pathophysiological processes both in vitro and in vivo and also plays an important role in parasites infecting the host.
