本文介绍了应用分支管测流法原理,试验装置,从理论上导出了主管道和分支管内流量间的关系式,论证了影响流量分配关系的各种因素,通过试验分析不仅验证了理论正确性而且找到了应用此测流法时所需要解决的主要问题,为我国泵站流量的测量,特别是大泵单机测流提供了一种新的方法,也为提高水泵效率,节能提供了量测手段可供水电、石油、化工、供水等有关部门测量流量时参考选用。
In this paper, we introduce the principle and test device of branch flow measuring method, and derive the relationship between flow rates in main pipe and branch pipe theoretically. The various factors affecting the flow distribution are demonstrated. The experimental analysis not only verifies the correctness of the theory But also found the main problems that should be solved when applying this flow measurement method. It provides a new method for the measurement of flow in pumping stations in our country, especially the single-flow measurement of large pumps. It also provides a measure for improving pump efficiency and saving energy Means for hydropower, petroleum, chemical, water and other relevant departments when measuring flow reference selection.
