近些年来,随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入和医疗服务水平的提高,传统的固定资产管理方法突显出一些弊端,无法适应新医院会计制度发展的需要,严重影响了医院的效益和质量。因此加强医院固定资产管理成为亟待解决的问题,医院管理者要不断完善管理制度,创新固定资产管理模式,促进医院各部门的沟通交流,以防止资产流失、提高医院效益和管理水平。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of medical and health system reform and the improvement of medical services, the traditional methods of fixed assets management have highlighted some drawbacks, and have not been able to meet the needs of the development of new hospital accounting system, which has seriously affected the efficiency and quality of hospitals. Therefore, to strengthen the management of fixed assets in hospitals has become an urgent problem to be solved. Hospital administrators should constantly improve the management system, innovate the fixed asset management model and promote the communication among all departments of the hospital so as to prevent the loss of assets and improve the hospital’s benefits and management.
