念珠菌性阴道炎阴道分泌物天然免疫成分的表达

目的:评价β-防御素(β-defence-2)、甘露糖凝集素(mannose-binding lectin,MBL)和Toll样受体家族(Toll-like receptor,TLR)天然免疫成分在念珠菌性阴道炎患者中的表达。方法:提取念珠菌性阴道炎患者及健康带菌者阴道分泌物的RNA,利用荧光定量PCR检测阴道分泌物中天然免疫成分的表达。结果:β-defence-2表达量在患者阴道炎分泌物标本中均显著升高。MBL在念珠菌性阴道炎患者及健康带菌者阴道分泌物标本间表达的差异无统计学意义。健康带菌者TLR3、TLR2和TLR4表达水平明显低于念珠菌性阴道炎患者。结论:念珠菌性阴道炎患者阴道分泌物中存在多种抗白念珠菌感染的天然免疫因子。 Objective: To evaluate the immunogenicity of natural immune components of β-defence-2, mannose-binding lectin (MBL) and Toll-like receptor (TLR) in Candida vaginitis Expression in patients. Methods: RNA was extracted from vaginal discharge of patients with Candida vaginitis and healthy carriers, and the expression of innate immunity components in vaginal secretions was detected by real-time PCR. Results: The expression of β-defence-2 in patients with vaginal secretions increased significantly. MBL in Candida vaginitis patients and healthy carriers of vaginal secretions specimens of the expression difference was not statistically significant. The healthy carriers of TLR3, TLR2 and TLR4 expression levels were significantly lower than those of Candida vaginitis patients. Conclusion: Candida vaginitis vaginal secretions exist a variety of natural immune factors against Candida albicans infection.
