2011年辽宁省实施了河道采砂管理制度改革,从管理体制、运行机制、法律支撑、保障措施等方面全面强化河道采砂管理,并取得了初步成效。本文介绍了辽宁省河道采砂的管理办法,供其他省市借鉴参考。
In 2011, Liaoning Province implemented the reform of sand mining management system and comprehensively strengthened the management of sand mining from the aspects of management system, operation mechanism, legal support and safeguards, and achieved initial success. This paper introduces the management of sand mining in Liaoning Province for reference for other provinces and cities.
