目的 探讨微电流药物导入法对各类牙齿感觉过敏症的疗效。方法 选择门诊各类牙齿感觉过敏症患者105例238枚牙,采用PEC 405型脱敏仪及其药液进行治疗;并与本组中对侧120枚牙行氟化钠甘油脱敏法作对照。结果 微电流药物导入法(治疗组)有效率为91.59%,氟化钠甘油脱敏法(对照组)为81.66%,经X~2检验差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 微电流药物导入法对牙齿感觉过敏症的疗效优于氟化钠甘油脱敏法。
Objective To investigate the effects of micro-current drug introduction on various types of dental hypersensitivity. Methods A total of 238 teeth in 105 patients with various kinds of dental hypersensitivity were selected and treated with PEC 405 desensitizer and its solution. The control group was treated with sodium deoxyfluoride glycerol desensitization method . Results The effective rate was 91.59% in the micro-current drug introduction group and 81.66% in the sodium fluoride glycerol desensitization group (control group). The difference was significant (P <0.01) by X-2 test. Conclusion Micro-current drug introduction is superior to sodium fluoride glycerol desensitization in the treatment of dental hypersensitivity.
