近两年来,上海交通大学图书馆以“学科服务”为主线的服务实践,为院系读者带来了全新的体验,图书馆的学术信息增值服务在短期内即取得了较好的成效。文章以上海交通大学图书馆的学科服务实践为案例,从组织架构、行动规划、服务模式、服务品牌、服务内容、实施策略、成效评估等七个方面,全景式展现上海交通大学图书馆的学科服务创新特色。
In the recent two years, the service practice of Shanghai Jiaotong University Library, which focuses on “subject service ” has brought a brand new experience to the readers of academic departments. The value-added service of academic information of libraries has achieved good results in a short period of time . Taking the discipline service practice of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library as an example, the article presents the panorama of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library from seven aspects: organizational structure, action planning, service mode, service brand, service content, implementation strategy and effectiveness evaluation Service innovation features.
