为了在民用住房和住窑较高温度条件下取得比较好的苹果贮藏效果,采用了对气体渗透有选择性的硅窗气调帐贮藏方法。結果表明,在变温条件下,经精心管理后,使果实入贮初期住房(窑)内温度控制在14℃以下,可以借助于塑料薄膜气调技术,合理地限制果实的呼吸,使贮藏果实保持鲜脆,延长贮藏期。经三个多月贮藏,总损耗控制在3—4.6%以下,可增加经济收入50—60%。
In order to obtain better storage effect of apple under the condition of high temperature of residential houses and kilns, a method of adjusting the opening and closing of silicon windows with gas permeability is adopted.
