目前,我国中小企业总数已占全部企业总数的99%以上,创造的最终产品和服务价值相当于GDP的60%左右,提供了全国80%的城镇就业岗位,上缴的税收约为国家税收总额的50%。此外,我国65%的发明专利、75%以上的企业技术创新、80%以上的新产品开发,都是由中小企业完成的。然而,不可否认的是,当前我国中小企业的发展也面临很大的困难和挑战,突出表现为投资机会不平等和融资困难两个瓶颈性问题。
At present, the total number of SMEs in our country accounts for more than 99% of the total number of enterprises, and the final product and service value created is equivalent to about 60% of GDP, providing 80% of the urban employment in the country and the tax paid is about the total amount of state revenue 50%. In addition, 65% of our invention patents, more than 75% of corporate technological innovation, more than 80% of new product development, are completed by the SMEs. However, it is undeniable that the current development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is also facing great difficulties and challenges, highlighting the two bottlenecks of inequality in investment opportunities and financing difficulties.
