采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验观察五味子粗多糖的抗突变作用;以 S-180和 H-22移植性肿瘤观察五味子粗多糖的抗肿瘤效果,目的是为了更好地开发利用五味子多糖提供实验依据。结果表明与阳性对照组比较,高中低三个剂量组微核形成率有显著的差异(P<0.01),说明五味子多糖具有抗突变的活性;对以 S-180和 H-22移植性肿瘤生长也有抑制作用。
