公司治理是影响绩效的重要因素,为了利用公司治理改善生态农业上市公司的绩效现状,笔者选取2011—2015年我国23家生态农业上市公司为研究样本,共计115个样本数据,使用因子分析建立绩效评价模型,并通过回归分析实证检验生态农业上市公司治理对绩效改善的影响程度,结果表明:董事会规模对绩效影响在0.01水平上显著,股权制衡度、独立董事比例、女性董事比例、高管持股比例对绩效影响在0.05水平上显著,专门委员会设置对绩效影响在0.1水平上显著,股权集中度、法人持股比例、高管薪酬对绩效影响不显著。
Corporate governance is an important factor affecting the performance. In order to improve the performance of ecological agriculture listed companies by using corporate governance, the author selects 23 listed companies in China’s ecological agriculture from 2011 to 2015 as the research samples, a total of 115 sample data, using factor analysis to establish performance Evaluation model, and through empirical analysis of regression analysis to examine the impact of the governance of listed companies on the improvement of performance. The results show that: the size of the board of directors on the performance of the significant impact on the level of 0.01, the balance of ownership, the proportion of independent directors, the ratio of female directors, The impact of share ratio on performance is significant at 0.05 level. The effect of special committee setting on performance is significant at 0.1 level. The ownership concentration, legal person shareholding percentage and executive compensation have no significant effect on performance.
