存货是企业的一项重要流动资产,其管理好坏直接关系到企业的资金占用水平和资产的运作效率,存货管理是企业管理中不可忽视的一部分。一个企业如果要得到好的盈利水平,就必须加强存货的管理。然而,目前一些公司对存货的管理还存在着一些问题,在较大程度上影响了企业的管理。因此,本文首先列举了企业中存货管理存在的问题,然后介绍了存货控制的手段和考核方法,最后,提出了解决问题的建议,希望对存货的管理有所帮助。
Inventory is an important liquid asset of an enterprise. The quality of its management is directly related to the level of fund occupation by the enterprise and the operational efficiency of the asset. Inventory management is an indispensable part of business management. If a company wants to get a good profit level, it must strengthen the inventory management. However, at present, some companies still have some problems on the management of inventories, which will affect the management of the enterprises to a large extent. Therefore, this article first lists the existing problems of inventory management in enterprises, and then introduces the inventory control methods and assessment methods. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems, hoping to help the inventory management.
