云南省昆明市嵩明县牛栏江镇(以下简称“牛栏江镇”)地处嵩明县东部,总面积228.8 km2,下辖16个村委会106个自然村,总人口5.5597万人。辖区内第一产业占56%,第二产业占31%,第三产业占13%。其中,煤矿企业2家、非煤矿山企业19家、工贸企业4家、危险化学品生产销售企业7家,共计32家企业。从2013年至今,牛栏江镇未发生一起人员死亡的生产安全事故,安全生产形势总体平稳。
Songlan County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, Niulan Town (hereinafter referred to as “Niulan Town”) is located in the eastern Songming County, with a total area of 228.8 km2, under the jurisdiction of 16 villages 106 villages, with a total population of 555,970 people. The area of primary industry accounted for 56%, the secondary industry accounted for 31%, the tertiary industry accounted for 13%. Among them, there are 2 coal mining enterprises, 19 non-coal mining enterprises, 4 industrial and trading enterprises and 7 dangerous chemicals production and sales enterprises, for a total of 32 enterprises. From 2013 to the present, there was no production safety accident in Niulan Town with a death toll. The situation of production safety was generally stable.
