目的:探讨和研究目前儿童保健科心理门诊中常见的儿童心理问题,提高对儿童心理问题的了解和关注程度。方法:选取2010年1月~2013年1月在浙江省杭州市第一人民医院儿童保健科心理门诊就诊的患儿为研究对象,共1133例。根据CCMD-3诊断标准进行诊断,统计、分析原因。结果:5~8岁、9~12岁儿童心理问题最为突出,分别占41.92%和33.98%;男女性别比为3∶1;心理问题集中在注意缺陷多动障碍和学习困难方面。结论:应提高对儿童心理问题的关注程度,相关工作人员应不断更新知识,扩大服务范围,加强宣传教育,确保儿童的健康成长。
OBJECTIVE: To explore and study the common psychological problems in children’s psychology outpatient clinics so as to improve the understanding and attention of children’s psychological problems. Methods: From January 2010 to January 2013, 1133 children were enrolled in the psychiatric outpatient department of Child Health Care Section of First People’s Hospital of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. According to CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for diagnosis, statistics, analysis of the reasons. Results: Children aged 5 ~ 8 years old and 9 ~ 12 years old had the most prominent psychological problems, accounting for 41.92% and 33.98% respectively; the sex ratio of men and women was 3:1; and the psychological problems were focused on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and learning difficulties. Conclusion: The level of attention to psychological problems of children should be raised. Relevant staff members should keep updating their knowledge, expanding their service scope, strengthening publicity and education, and ensuring the healthy growth of children.
