本文通过探讨病案复印过程中患者隐私信息可能泄露的环节及相应对策,总结出只有增强医务人员法律意识、加强其自身修养,处理好废弃病案复印件并加强病案复印时证件审核,才能在病案复印中有效保护患者隐私不被泄露,进而彻底防范和逐渐减少因侵犯患者隐私权而引起的医疗纠纷。
This paper discusses the possible disclosure of privacy information and corresponding countermeasures during the process of medical record copying and concludes that only by strengthening legal awareness of medical personnel, strengthening their self-cultivation, handling the obsolete copy of medical records and strengthening the examination of the documents during medical record copying, In the effective protection of patient privacy is not compromised, and thus thoroughly prevent and gradually reduce the privacy violations caused by infringement of medical disputes.
