分别用石油醚和甲醇浸提 8种杨树枝条韧皮部 ,测定提取液对光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力的影响 ,试验表明 ,在光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶体外反应体系中 ,加入不同杨树的石油醚或甲醇提取液 ,可导致谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力发生改变。加入新疆杨石油醚提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力与加入毛白杨、J - 2杨石油醚提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力之间存在显著差异 ;加入新疆杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力与加入I- 2 14杨、J- 1杨、J- 2杨、毛白杨、北京杨、加拿大杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力之间存在显著差异 ;加入山海关杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力与加入北京杨、加拿大杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S—转移酶活力之间存在显著差异
The effects of extracts on glutathione S - transferase activity of the larvae of Anoplophora glabripennis were studied by leaching the phloem of eight poplar branches with petroleum benzine and methanol. The results showed that in vitro reaction system of glutathione S - transferase , Adding petroleum ether or methanol extract of different poplar can lead to the change of glutathione S - transferase activity. There was a significant difference of glutathione S - transferase activity between S. aurantiacus larvae fed with petroleum ether extract of Xinjiang and petroleum ether extract of Populus tomentosa cultured in J - 2 asparagus. The activity of glutathione S - transferase and the activity of glutathione S - transferase in the larvae of Anoplophora glabra by the solution of Yang methanol extract of Xinjiang were compared with that of the larvae of Anoplophora glabripennis larvae with addition of I-2 14 Yang, J-1 Yang, J-2 Populus tomentosa, Populus tomentosa, Glutathione S - transferase activity was significantly different; adding Shanhaiguan Yang methanol extract of the light - shouldered Asplenium larval glutathione S - transferase activity and added Beijing Yang, Canada Yang methanol extract of the light Shijiazhuang larvae glutathione S-transferase activity between the significant differences
