京剧演员作为一个特殊的表演群体,良好的心理素质对其演艺的成功非常重要。但以往的选拔培养模式大都是建立在人为考评基础上,大多只关注自身外在条件,选拔标准比较宏观笼统,缺乏较为明确的统一性、科学性。本研究试图在探讨京剧优秀演员一般素质的基础上,进一步探讨其心理特质,意在为提高京剧表演高素质应用型人才的心理素质提供依据。通过问卷调查、访谈等心理测量学方法调查了老、中、青三个层次和生、旦、净、丑四个行当的京剧优秀演员,主要对其心理素质、人格特点等心理学相关变量进行了考察。
Beijing opera actress as a special performing group, a good psychological quality of the success of his acting is very important. However, most of the past selection and training modes are based on man-made appraisals. Most of them focus on their own external conditions. Their selection criteria are rather general and macroscopic, and they lack a clear and unified and scientific nature.
