National Energy Administration released data show that in 2014 the number of hours of utilization of power generation equipment, the lowest since 1978. In 2014, the average utilization hours of power generation equipment of 6,000 kilowatts and above in the country were 4,286 hours, a decrease of 235 hours year on year, the lowest level since 1978. By the end of 2014, the installed capacity of grid-connected wind power in the whole country was 95.81 million kilowatts, the average utilization hour of equipment was 1905 hours, a year-on-year decrease of 120 hours.
