在分析水力旋流器分离效率传统定义所存在问题的基础上 ,提出改进的分离效率的定义和计算公式。指出传统分离效率定义实质是固相物料的底流回收率 ,由其计算式及其校正公式会得出一些不合理的结果。实际的分离效率曲线起始部分有一段水平的 0值段。改进的分离效率计算式及其近似修正计算式 ,与文献中的校正效率的计算结果相等 ,但物理意义却是有本质的区别
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional definition of hydrocyclone separation efficiency, the definition and calculation formula of improved separation efficiency are proposed. It is pointed out that the definition of traditional separation efficiency is essentially the underflow recovery rate of solid phase materials, and some unreasonable results can be obtained from its calculation formula and its correction formula. The actual separation efficiency curve has a horizontal 0-segment at the beginning. The improved formula for calculating the separation efficiency and its approximate correction formula are equivalent to the calculation results for the correction efficiency in the literature, but the physical meanings are essentially different
