目的探讨大鼠缺血性急性肾功能衰竭模型建立。方法采用切除大鼠右肾并钳闭左肾动脉的方法,分别在1、6、12、24、36h测定肾功能,观察肾组织形态学改变。结果模型建立后血清尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)于再灌注后6h开始上升,于24h达到高峰,肾组织24h后出现肾小管细胞坏死脱落,管腔内可见细胞碎片及管型,管腔明显扩张,肾小球无明显改变。结论通过切除大鼠右肾并钳闭左肾动脉的方法可成功建立缺血性急性肾功能衰竭动物模型。
Objective To investigate the establishment of acute ischemic acute renal failure model in rats. Methods The right kidney was excised and the left renal artery was closed. The renal function was measured at 1, 6, 12, 24 and 36 hours, and the morphological changes of kidney were observed. Results Serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) began to rise at 6h after reperfusion and reached a peak at 24h after establishment of the model. Renal tubular necrosis was observed after 24 hours of reperfusion, and cell debris and tube were visible in the lumen Cavity was significantly expanded, glomerular no significant change. Conclusion The animal model of ischemic acute renal failure can be successfully established by excising the right kidney and clamping the left renal artery.
