即兴队课是福建省宁德师范学院附属小学历经二十多年的探索与研究,推进少先队活动课程建设的活动主张和特色经验。应本刊邀请,课题主持人阮光清率宁德市少先队阮光清名师工作室成员,参加2015年全国少先队工作者“教育转型视野下的少先队工作创新”专题研修活动,作即兴队课的微课展示和经验分享,受到全国各地辅导员的认可。为此,本栏目特设即兴队课专题,陆续推出一组稿件,展示一所学校二十余年孜孜不倦的探索之路,呈现一个工作室对推进少先队活动课程建设的创新实践。
The improvisational team class is an activity of advocating and characteristic experience of the junior high school affiliated to Ningde Teachers College in Fujian Province after more than 20 years of exploration and research to promote the construction of the Young Pioneers’ activity curriculum. At the invitation of this magazine, the moderator, Ruan Guangqing, is a member of the Ningqingsan Young Pioneers’ Team Ruan Guangqing, who participated in the training activities of Young Pioneers Work Innovation of Young Pioneers in 2015 in China. And experience sharing, counseling across the country recognized. To this end, this column ad hoc improvisation team topics, have introduced a set of manuscripts to demonstrate a school more than 20 years of tireless exploration, showing a studio to promote young Pioneer activity curriculum innovation practice.
