早在二十一世纪初期,就有企业为了满足社会经济发展需求,在大力发展新型生产要素的基础上,为了提高企业的人力资源管理效果,而通过人力资源管理进行企业经济改革,由于这一时期的管理制度以及管理模式盛行,人们还称那一时代为科学管理时代。时至今日,随着社会的发展,人们在人本管理思想以及劳动经济学的影响下,现代企业更应该与时俱进,重视在提升企业人力资源管理,所能带来的企业经济效益。下面笔者结合自身多年工作经验,从劳动经济学背景入手,研究一下人力资源管理的相关问题。
