本研究旨在检验水稻皱褶胚乳基因的等位性和鉴定这些基因座落的染色体。根据F_1和F_2所得的结果,可以判断控制皱裙胚乳性状的四个基因位于三个不同的基因位点上。作者们建议把这四个基因分别命名为su、shr-ls、shr-la和shr-z、EM-5(su)和三体D杂交的F2代分离比例符合三体的分离比例。本研究还发现shr-1基因与卷叶基因(rl-2)连锁,重组率为23.6%。这些结果表明su和shr-1基因分别位于第12染色体和第3染色体上。
The aim of this study was to test the allelic characteristics of the endosperm genes in rice folds and identify the loci where these genes are located. According to the results obtained from F_1 and F_2, four genes controlling the endosperm trait can be identified at three different loci. The authors propose that the F2 generation segregation ratios of the four genes named su, shr-1s, shr-la and shr-z, respectively, and the EM-5 (su) and trisomy D hybrids meet the trisomy separation ratio. The study also found shr-1 gene and leaf roller gene (rl-2) chain, the recombination rate was 23.6%. These results indicate that the su and shr-1 genes are located on chromosomes 12 and 3, respectively.
